1984-1984, Formal Schools Instructors Course (NAS Millington, Tennessee)
Description
Marine Corps Detachment, Fort Leonard Wood, MO hosted a mobile training team from the Train the Trainer School from 6-10 December 2010 in order to train new instructors in the formal implementation of instruction. This course provided the knowledge and skill sets required of instructors to be successful in Marine Corps formal schools. The four objectives of the course were: the preparation of instruction, the delivery of instruction and the conduct of after lesson management.
