This was a Sick Bay Slip that I got on 20 June 64, I had blisters on my heals that were so bad they were bleeding. I went to sick bay and they told me to be on light duty for three days. When I got back to the Squad Bay I just didn't mention it to the DI as I was scared that I would get set back. I just put it in my foot locker and never gave it back to him. He never asked and I never told.
