The view is from the Utilities Platoon Work Shop looking to the Northern Boundary of MASS-3 in Chu Lai. The rear hut on the right side of the photo was the office of the CO (Col. H.R. Bumpas), XO and SgtMaj.
If memory serves me correctly the 'Domes' on the hill were from MACS-2.
