Aaron served our country for over 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. He was captured during WWII by the Japanees and remained a Japanees POW for several years until the end of WWII. Clemons fought during the Korean conflict. Upon his return to the States, Clemons was stationed at many Marine Corp bases throughout the world. His last assignment before retirment in June 1960 was Camp LeJeune North Carolina.

Instructors My dad Sgt. Aaron Lee Clemons was the head Drill Instructor for Platoon 140 US Marine Corps that graduated in 1946 from MCRD San Diego. I have a picture of the platoon if anyone would like a copy.
