Last Known Activity
Lt Weaver was a USMC enlisted prior service when he entered and later graduated from Annapolis. His recon patrol was ambushed by an estimated 10-15 NVA, sustaining one WIA but breaking the ambush with gunship support. As they moved to an LZ for extraction they were ambushed again and Lt Weaver died from a GSW to the chest.
