Killed as the result of NVA mortar rounds hitting a Marines 88mm mortar ammo dump in a defensive location near Cam Lo, Quang Tri Province, which caused explosions and fires. Church (1948-1969), Columbus, Ohio; PFC Keith A. Kahstorf, Britt, Iowa; PFC Edward T. O'Donovan, Chicago, Illinois; PFC Jim J. Walaters, Sioux Citey, Iowa; PFC LeRoy C.
