Participant in Marine Corps League "Leatherneck Honor Guard" providing military honors for veteran's funerals at Tahoma National Cemetary.

Enjoying cruising with my wife. Well over a dozen cruises to Alaska, Mexico, Panama Canal, South America, Canada, Hawaii, and Europe.  Far better than my 3 cruises across the Pacific on troopships!!!

Transferred to the Army Transport Service, the ship was renamed General Daniel I. Sultan in honor of the late General Daniel Isom Sultan, USA
