Other Memories Outstanding Physicians and Nurses. Petty Officer 1st Class Cohen, from Brooklyn. He was a patient, and met everyone with his unmistakable New York accent greeting. "Hi, I am Quinn" (Irish). Then spelled out Quinn...C-O-H-E-N. What a character.
