Jack was counsel in a large 4 party suit that was argued before the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit in 1978 and 1979. Major litigation between corporate plaintiffs and corporate defendants.
Infantry Company formed shortly after the end of the Korean War. According to Colonel Joseph Agee USMCR (Ret) several Korean War Officers and NCOs pushed to form the Company and it was activated in 1954.
Initially designated as the 97th Special Infantry Company, and later renamed the 97th Rifle Company.
Direct reporting to MCD Philadelphia, PA.
Chain of Command Commanding Officer, following Major James S. Kelly. Served as XO under Major Kelly.
Other Memories When promoted to Major, and retired from USMC, LtGen Lewis Puller USMC (Ret) attended the retirement party and Formal Review of the 97th Rifle Company.
