Currently member of the USCG Auxiliary - San Francisco Sector - and involved in recreational boating safety and support to Coast Guard units at CG Island, Alameda, CA. Qualified Vessel Examiner, ICS Level 5 Commander and working on other designations. A worthwile organization for those actually looking for a mission. Many retired military and former military as well as civilians. Currently on Health leave to deal with other issues. Keeping up with grandkids and a great grandchild and enjoying life.

Provide intermediate-level maintenance support, to include wheeled and tracked vehicle recovery, salvage and disposal, and general maintenance support, for I MEF's ground equipment in order to improve and sustain MAGTF's combat power. Provide Secondary Reparable Management, including inventory management, storage, financial accounting, and maintenance for secondary and low-density reparables.

Best Moment All of them. Great experience working with Heavy Motor Vehicle shop.
Other Memories Supervised Heavy Motor T Maintenance Shop for two week period while OIC detached to Division operation. This was an Engine Shop rebuilding engines for AAV's, wreckers, 5 T trucks, etc. Visited SSgt Gutierrez at Balboa Naval Medical Center - great to see him again.
