Eggs Benedict
317 of 379
from  1951-1952, 0811, 10th Marines  album
On a cold February morning in 1951, the troops are treated (for a price)to fried eggs dished up by a local Greek farmer named Benedict. Unfortunately, some of the eggs were in late term and half-formed chicks dropped into the frying pan. That ended chow call real quickly.
