Stepping off on the graduation parade. I was Platoon 1018's Honorman, I was surprised that our SDI selected me, a little brown surfer guy who started out near the back of the fourth squad with all the little people. Eventually became 1st Squad Leader, then Guide. My Recruiter always told me not to draw attention to myself, stay in the background and just survive but somehow our SDI thought me worthy enough.
