HE WAS TAKEN TO THE POW CAMP IN KIANGWAN, CHINA WHERE HE DIED ON 23 MAR 1945 FROM PULMONARY TB. Application for Headstone or Marker for US Veteran made on Jan 22, 1949 by his father. HIS BODY WAS CREMATED
