Last Known Activity
Cpl. Mike Adams served with HML-367,  MAG-16, 1st MAW,  Phu Bai, Quang Tri Province, RVN.. His tour began on 22 October 1967.

He was the only crewman killed when his UH-1E (BuNo. 154963) lost power and crashed.
