Bill Webb (or as we called him, "Cowboy") and I became friends while serving together in a CAP unit in Viet Nam.   I was nearby when his CAP unit was overrun and he was killed.  It's hard to believe it's been 45 years since that night, but I still remember him and appreciate his sacrifice and service to our country.  You are not forgotten Bill.
