Poor Environment, I Dropped Out Of School In The Tenth Grade To Work In A
Restaurant Washing Dishes To Make Some Money To Buy Clothes!
Because My Mother Could Not Afford To Buy Much, So I Helped Her Out!
My Father Passed Away When I Was Four Years Old, I Didn't Even Get To Know Him!
I Got Mixed Up With The Wrong Kids And My Life Was Heading For A Disaster!
I Felt Lost And Empty Inside With No Place To Go!
I Was Buying a Comic Book In A Place Called The Market House In The
"North Side" Of Pittsburgh Pa. And I Saw A Marine Dressed In Uniform, He Looked
So Tall And Proud!
He Really Inspired Me, So I Joined The Marine Corps!
My Life Took A Dramatic Change After That, It Was All Up Hill' From That
Moment On, I Finally Felt Like Somebody!
My first Tour Of Duty After "Boot Camp" Was Naples Italy I Was A Guard
For The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)
During My Tour I Visited Many Different Countries, To Name A Few
Italy, Spain, London England, France, Scotland, Germany And Being In
These Different Countries And Seeing How They Live And There Customs
I Did Not Really Know Until Then How Good We Have It Here In America!
"It Sort Of Raised My Spirits And Made Me Feel Proud To Be An American!
Sure We All Have Our Up's And Down's In The United States
Some Of Us Are Rich, Some Of Us Are Poor, We Disagree With Each Other
On Some Matters And Even Fight With Each Other, Over Some Thing's But In
The Long Run When It Comes Down To The "Nitty Gritty" All Our Disagreements,
Frustrations And Pain Amongst Ourselves. Are Forgotten And We All Come Together For Who We Are "AMERICANS"
