I will never forget you
I served with Howard for most of my time in Vietnam. He was a Hero in every sense of the word. If only Chillicothe knew the fearless Marine he was,and how well he served his country, they would put something up in his memory. I would have followed him to hell and back. It was ordinary for Howard to have his guys persue the enemy under fire. He was the bravest Marine I knew personally. He would tell us how he ate Possum and grits back home. I do have some pictures of Howard and me if anyone is interested. I have many stories of serving with this great Marine.
