You have a great site here its the perfect balance between being the military heritage/networking site that it was intended to be. Keep up the good work and Semper Fi.
Ain't no other place than TWS for me I'll leave the site when someone pries the mouse from my cold, dead fingers :)
Thank you for keeping this site free of phonies and advertising, that alone is worth a lot and finding a lost buddy and it's worth a lot more. I think I've found 15 so far through TWS. Hats off to you and the TWS staff - still the best Marine site on the net.
Thanks to TWS I was able to find a few Buddies whom I have not heard from nor conversed with for 50 some odd years. "SEMPER FI" SIR. And Well Done.
Enjoyed TWS the first time I logged on and have been really enjoying since that time. Every morning I read the best of the best and do it again before going to bed at night. You guys and gals and TWS are delightful. SEMPER FIDELIS MARINES
Thank you very much for making a site to talk to people I have lost touch with and ones I might not remember.
By far, this is the best website to stay connected with Marines. Great concept.
Thank you, sir. I've been on here for 2 days and have already had 2 Marines from Boot Camp and 3 Dawgs from around the Corps shoot me E-Mails. I HATED getting out, but at least I can KIT w/ my brothers. Thanks Again!
I just wanted to pass along a thank you on the great service 'we' get here. I had a problem with the size of my photo and Spud had tried to help. It didn't work so I contacted Joe Madagan on a Sun (E-Mail) and by the end of the day he had resized two of my photo's. Great service. Thank You again.
I'd like to say thank-you for the welcome aboard Sir. I look forward to using the site and less than a week after joining I have already contacted a few fellow Marines the I haven't spoken to in over fifteen years. So again thank-you and Semper Fi Sir.
Thanks for this great web-site. On this site today, I found the son of a Marine who I witnessed pay the ultimate sacrafice in Viet Nam. I hope to hear from him so I can tell him about the great man and Marine his dad was.
Thank you for the welcome aboard message. I have only been on this site for about an hour and I am already loving it. I will be talking with every former Marine that I know and introducing them to this site. Thank you for creating a site for former Marines to communicate.
This is an AMAZING site! I've only been on for less than 24 hours and can't believe how quickly I've reconnected with some long lost friends. Not to mention the networking aspect! Thank you Sir, for putting it all together, and keeping the spirit alive, especially for those of us whom are no longer active. Semper Fi.
This is an awesome way to keep in touch and find friends that I served with. I've just sent an E-Mail to a Marine that I have not contacted for 15 years.
I've reconnected with so many Marines; some I served with and others that I recruited into the Corps. We've even had some 'reunions' already to catch up on the years that have passed. No one, anywhere, has come up with a plan of attack for reconnecting with long-lost Marine brothers that is as effective as what you've given us. Thank you so very much.
I've been looking for members of HMM162 that were in Beirut in 1983.That is how I heard of this site. I am in awe of this. The first thing I read was of the girl that lost her father there and a profile of JP Paige a brother who later lost his life in a ch-46 crash.Thank You!
Sir, this website is amazing!! I have been able to contact Marines from my bootcamp platoon. I wish I had a simple way to explain how grateful I am other than saying thank you. I think Chesty approves (wherever he is) and would like to be a member.
